2012 Mutual Theme

I am so excited about the 2012 mutual theme.  Here's some subway art for the theme in 12x12 and 6x6 vinyl.  The 12x12 includes the scriptural reference, the 6x6 does not.  The photos I have taken to display the art are shown on tiles purchased from Lowe's.  These are an inexpensive, easy way to display the vinyl, but wood works well also, and allows a little more flexibility with colors.  I'll get a few more samples up soon, but didn't want to wait too long as there are a lot of us already thinking Christmas and New Beginnings.

  1. I came across your blog from Pinterest and you have the best ideas to help motivate the girls to do their personal progress! I LOVE it and will be using some of these ideas in the near future! You are so talented! Thanks for sharing!

  2. I love your blog. I am a new YW President and am looking for ideas for PP. Is there a way to subscribe to your blog so that I can get emails when you add something new? Also can you explain how you do your PP basket each week?

  3. Susan, I believe if you subscribe to the blog it will let you know when there is an update. We have two baskets for personal progress. One has the little goodies in it to help the girls with their personal progress. This includes the bookmarks, door hangers, etc. We have it out during personal progress interviews and have the girls choose something they need to work on. The other basket we bring to church the Sunday after personal progress interviews. We pick up things from the dollar bins, clearance tables at the craft store, etc, and let anyone who has finished something the previous month pick something out of the basket. Just silly things, but the girls love it! If you need more help or anything from me you can e-mail me directly at

  4. Sorry, I meant follow not subscribe. :)
